Safeguarding

Greystones Primary School is committed to the wellbeing and welfare of our children, it is at the heart of everything that we do.  As part of this process we have a clear Child Protection Policy and a succinct induction booklet for all staff and volunteers (see below)​.

We adopt the Sheffield Safeguardin​g Board policies and procedures which can be found here.​

We also take our "Prevent" duty very seriously. We have a duty to prevent people from being drawn in to terrorism and approach this very much n the same way as safeguarding. The lead people for Prevent in school are the Designated Safeguarding Leads identified below.
